Submission Instructions

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered for publication in any other forum. Papers will be evaluated according to their significance, originality, technical content, style, clarity, and relevance to the workshop. At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to attend the workshop.

Paper submissions are limited to maximum 8 pages, formatted according to the ICDE formatting guidelines (IEEE camera-ready format). 4-page short papers are also welcome. Formatting instructions and LaTeX macros are now available for download:
- LaTeX users: please download this template
- Word users: please download  this template

Submissions to the Workshop are accepted only in pdf format via the workshop submission site: https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/SSEPM2015/

At least one author per paper must register for the workshop (details on registration will be posted later on the conference website), for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Papers which are not presented by any author at the conference will be removed from the proceedings in IEEE Xplore.

We also accept short papers, which are limited to maximum 4 pages.
