Industry Advisory Boards

The School of ITEE continually revises its programs and course offerings to ensure graduates are equipped with the knowledge, skills and experience to be successful in industry.  In order to achieve these goals, the School meets regularly with its industry advisory boards.

The School consults with two advisory boards:

  1. Information Technology & Multimedia Design Industry Advisory Board
  2. Engineering Industry Advisory Board 

The School consults with industry advisory boards for the purpose of:

  • Reviewing and developing curriculum that is relevant to industry needs and the academic objectives of the University
  • Providing a forum for general feedback on the quality of graduates and students involved in industry placement projects
  • Providing a forum for the discussion of disciplinary and industry trends
  • Developing ideas for increasing enrolments
