Dr Marcus Gallagher

Marcus received his BCompSc and GradDipSc from the University of New England in 1994 and 1995 respectively, and his PhD in 2000 from the University of Queensland. From 1999 to 2000 he was employed as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the (now) School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at the University of Queensland, where he has been employed as a Lecturer since 2001. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, optimization and statistical modelling.
