News: The ADMA 2005 Proceedings is now decided to be published as: LNAI 3584 by Springer (received: 12 May 2005).

This place is used to submit the final Camera-Ready accepted papers. You need to update your paper after you logged in the paper submission system.

If you have Paper ID but did not have an account and did not submit the original draft via the Paper Submission system, you need to email your final Camera-Ready file to:

adma05@itee.uq.edu.au .

If you have read the following guideline, click here (closed on 2pm 17 May 2005) to submit the final Camera-Ready copy via the Paper Submission system.

The following guideline will be necessary for the acceptance of the final Camera-Ready copies of  the accepted papers:

1.    All papers must be strictly follow the LNCS/LNAI Springer format.

2.     All papers must be in PDF file format and companied by its originals either in LaTex files or in  the .rtf file if the MS Word is used. The both PDF and .rtf files should strictly exclude any non-English language packages. This problem is currently causing  problems to the international editors and reviewers whose system cannot view files with Chinese fonts (Adobe Reader 7.0 is OK). 

3.      On the title page, the authors' email addresses must be officially designated addresses.

4.      It must be uploaded through the given Website URL. The email submission for the final Camera-Ready copies can only be use by authors who did not have an account or authors who have technical problems. All final submissions will receive an official confirmation after a strict checking of the paper.

5.      All files must be zipped into a single file named as ADMAXXX.zip, (where XXX is your paper ID number) for the paper uploading before 13 May 2005.

6.       One of the Authors of the accepted paper must register for the conference before the deadline 16 May 2005. One paper must have at least one registration.

7.     Authors must strictly follow the English naming convention, i.e., the First Name then Family Name. For example, "Xue Li" means "Xue" is the First Name (also called Given Name), where "Li" is the family name. Fail to follow this order will affect your paper to be properly indexed.

8.      A signed Copyright Form must be sent by fax (or scan it then email to: adma05@itee.uq.edu.au ) to the editor before the Camera-Ready deadline:

9.     Fail to follow the final Camera-Ready guidelines may result in an automatic cancellation of your paper to appear in the conference proceedings.
