ADMA 2005 Accepted Papers

 

ADMA 2005 paper selection decisions have been made now. Authors have been contacted by emails already. They can also login into the submissions website for view review reports and the final decision. Out of 539 full paper submissions, only 25 are accepted as regular papers (4.6%) and 75 as short papers (13.9%). There are total 100 papers accepted.
 
Authors please note the following:

  1. Your paper will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer as a volume of its Lecturer Notes in Artificial Intelligence series. Please upload the PDF version of your camera-ready paper, together with all electronic files used to produce your paper, online through ADMA05 Website. All files must be zipped into a single file named as ADMAXXX.zip, where XXX is your paper ID. You must follow the guidelines for preparing the camera ready copy very carefully. The paper page limit is 8 pages for short papers and 12 pages for the regular paper. You may purchase one extra page at a cost of US$100 per additional page. Failing to comply with the guidelines or exceeding your page limit may risk your paper being excluded from the proceedings.  When preparing your camera-ready version, please follow LNCS style guideline carefully.   2. You must have a completed and signed copyright form faxed before 13 May 2005 to:

    The copyright form is available at here. When filling the copyright form, please use "ADMA2005" for "Conference/Book" entry, "Xue Li, Shuliang Wang, and Zhaoyang Dong" for "Volume Editor(s)" entry, and your paper title for "Title of the contribution" entry. Please handwriting your Paper ID number on the top of the form to allow us to do the filing.

  3. The deadline for the camera-ready paper is 13 May 2005. Note that this is an absolutely firm deadline, meaning that your paper will not be included in the proceedings should your final submission, including the properly formatted paper, signed copyright form, fail to reach us by this deadline. Please do take the comments and suggestions of the reviewers into account to improve the quality of your paper.

  4. The deadline for the Registration is 16 May 2005. The registration form with payment should reach us by this deadline. Fail to do so will automatically result in the cancellation of your paper.

  5. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by 16 May 2005 for the paper to be included in the proceedings. For your information, the registration fee for authors is US$450 (or US$350 for full-time students). If you have more than one paper accepted by this conference, you need to pay one registration for each paper accepted. If you register this conference as a full-time student, the proof of identity is required to be returned together with the Registration Form. The registration form and other related information (such as hotel booking) will be available at ADMA2005 website (http://www.itee.uq.edu.au/~adma05).
