APWeb 2006 Registration

APWeb 2006 adopts a single registration system. That is, the main conference and all its workshops and special sessions share one common registration, which entitles you to attend all sessions include research paper sessions, keynote sessions, industry and demo sessions, poster sessions, special sessions, panel sessions and advanced seminars. Also included in your registration fee are daily morning and afternoon teas and lunches, the conference banquet, and one copy of conference or workshop proceedings. 

Note that APWeb publishes two volumes of proceedings this year, one for the main conference including regular, short, keynote, industry, demo and special session papers, and another one for the four workshops. Both volumes are published by Springer in its Lecturer Notes in Computer Science series. There is an option on the registration form should you wish to purchase the other copy of proceedings.

Note: Hotel reservation form will be available online soon. APWeb organisers will help you to reserve hotel rooms, but only for the delegates who have already paid registration fees and special invited guests with prior arrangement. In general, accommodation costs will be paid to the hotel directly by the guests.

• If you want to pay in RMB, pls use this form.

Registration Types

There are several types of registrations.

• Author Registration: All authors must choose the author registration. Note that one registration must be paid for one paper. That is, in case one person has more than one paper accepted by APWeb (in any of its sessions including workshops), one registration for one paper. There is no difference between students and non-students when paying for author registration. Note that all author registration fees must be received by November 8 2005. Author registration fees are not refundable.
• Early Registration and Late Registration: if you are not an author of any paper of APWeb 2006 sessions or workshops, you are required to pay the early registration fee if your payment is received before December 16, 2005, or the late registration fee after December 16, 2005.
• Student Registration: If you a full-time student and you are not an author, you can pay 50% less than the non-student registration fee (Note: full-time student needs to provide a copy of student ID with the registration).

Paper ID

For APWeb authors, you are required to put your paper ID in the registration form. That includes two parts: event type and paper number.

• Event type: either APWeb (for the APWeb main conference short and regular papers), Ind (for APWeb industry papers), Demo (for APWeb demo papers), e-water (for e-water special session papers), or your workshop code (MEGA, XRA, IWSN or ICSE).
• Paper Number: your Program Committee should have given you a paper ID or paper number. Please use that number. If you do not have one, you should contact your Program Committee Chair or special session organiser.

Subscription to WWW Journal

For your convenience, subscription to WWW Journal is included in the registration form your convenience. It is completely optional.

APWeb 2006 accepts registration fees in either HK$ or RMB (Chinese Yuan) (for this purpose, 1 HK$ = 1 RMB).

• Registration Form in HK$: For people outside China, you may wish to choose HK$ payment, using either Credit cards, by international bank draft or by bank deposit.

Payment for Extra Pages

Due to publisher's strict limit on the maximum pages one proceedings can have, all APWeb 2006 and its workshop authors must not exceed the number of pages for their papers (as communicated by your Program Committee chairs or special session organisers). It is no longer possible to purchase any extra pages over their paper page limit.
