Poster and abstract submission and templates

The posters should be created on the poster templates given.  More info is found on the template itself.  The posters will be printed in colour on A3 paper and can be collected from the office prior to your demo day.  It is recommended you print the poster on A4 (print using the "size to fit" option) prior to submission to ensure it prints correctly.

Abstracts are used as part of the demo day website.  Example abstracts can be seen on past demo day websites, for example the Innovation Expo website.

Naming conventions

(1) Posters must be submitted as ppt files with fonts embedded.  Your PowerPoint file name must conform to the following naming convention:

YourStudentNumber_ResearchDivision.ppt

for example:

12345678_EMI.ppt

(2) Abstracts must be submitted as plain text files, and will be automatically used to generate these webpage abstracts.  Limited html code is allowed, specifically you may use the <p> paragraph separator.

Your abstract file name must conform to the following naming convention:

YourStudentNumber_ResearchDivision.txt

for example:

12345678_EMI.txt
