Jane Hunter is Professor of eResearch at the School of Information Technology and Electrical engineering at the University of Queensland. She leads a research group specializing in the development and application of innovative semantic web technologies to the analysis and management of research data collections. She is currently a member of the National eResearch Architecture Taskforce (NEAT) and the Academy of Sciences Committee for Data in Science. She has published over 80 peer-reviewed papers on the semantic web, digital libraries, data management and preservation. She is currently a CI on projects associated with water information management, marine sciences, protein crystallography, cultural heritage preservation and Australian Literature.

Kerry Kilner is the Director of AustLit's Research and Publications activities. She has been engaged with development of AustLit as the key resource for studies in Australian literary and print cultures since its inception in 2000. She was Associate Editor of the multi-volume Bibliography of Australian Literature, has contributed to The History of the Book in Australia and written and presented papers on emerging e-research activities in literary studies. Her research interests lie in the changing nature of research practice due to the rise of the Internet. She is a chief investigator on a number of grants relating to AustLit's relevance to teaching and research in the field.

Roger Osborne has published widely in the fields of book history, print culture and textual criticism. He completed a PhD at the University of New South Wales in 2000 and was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Australian Studies Centre, University of Queensland, from 2004-2007. He is co-editor of the Cambridge Edition of Joseph Conrad's Under Western Eyes. Roger has been associated with AustLit since 2000 and maintains a strong interest in the development of electronic editions of literary works.

Roger is the Project Manager for the Aus-e-Lit project.

Anna Gerber is a Senior Software Engineer on the Aus-e-Lit project. She has been with the ITEE eResearch group since 2006 as a Web Developer / Senior Research Assistant working on the HarvANA project as well as annotation tools for 3D models of museum artefacts and protein crystallography structures.

Chris Davoren was a Software Engineer on the Aus-e-Lit project. He was with the ITEE eResearch group from April 2008 to June 2009, starting as a general web developer and then moving over to the Aus-e-Lit project full time in June 2008. Previous to the ITEE, he worked as part of a biometrics research group writing software responsible for the automated recognition of human faces, gait and actions in crowded video scenes.
