Presentations at IDEAL'05

All paper presentations at IDEAL'05 are oral presentations.  There will be two parallel sessions of talks at all times (apart from invited speaker presentations). 20 minutes is allocated for each paper (15 minutes presentation, 5 minutes question time). It is important to keep to your allocated presentation time - session chairs will be instructed to assist with keeping to schedule.

Presentations will be held in two lecture theatres equiped with whiteboards, overhead transparency projectors, data projectors and audio.  Each room has a computer than can be used for presentations (via USB storage device or CD).  This computer is a Windows machine with Microsoft Powerpoint and Acrobat Reader installed.  It will also be possible to connect your own laptop via a standard VGA connection.

If you require any special software (fonts, etc.) for your presentation, it is preferable that you bring your own laptop for your presentation.

It is advisable to test your presentation in one of the breaks prior to your session.

Author information for camera-ready papers

To be included in the conference proceedings, accepted papers must be  submitted according to the requirements of Springer, available here.

In addition, papers for IDEAL'05 should be no longer than 8 pages. Note that papers must be accompanied by a signed copyright form (available from the link above).  Please fax this form to +61 7 3365 4999 (Attn: IDEAL'05 Secretariat).

One author from each accepted paper must register to attend the conference.  These registrations are required by Monday, 16th May, to ensure that the paper is published in the conference proceedings.
