Paper Submission and Publication

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Accepted papers will be included in IDEAL 2005 Proceedings to be published by Springer-Verlag in the prestigious Lecture Notes in Computer Science series.

Due date for papers: 25. Feb. 2005.

Papers should ideally not exceed 8 pages and should comply with the format of LNCS/LNAI proceedings (see http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs). The conference organizers reserve the right to reject submissions that exceed 8 pages or do not make a reasonable attempt to adhere to the LNCS/LNAI proceedings format.

Papers should be submitted electronically via the on-line submission system. All papers must be in pdf format - authors should check that their submission file can be viewed and printed correctly. A login and password will be sent to to the author by email after registering with the on-line submission software.  Authors will need to submit an abstract for each paper.  Authors are also asked to select, from a list provided in the software, as many submission categories/keywords as possible to assist with the allocation of papers to reviewers and with the organization of the conference program.

Notification of receipt of the electronic paper will be emailed to the first author (or designated author) soon after receipt.

Notification of acceptance or rejection of submitted papers will be mailed to the first author (or designated author) by 7th April, 2005.
