[microblaze-uclinux] Documentation update

Hi folks,

I've added some documentation on uploading kernel and filesystem images 
into flash, and then how to boot the board from there.

This might be of interest for non-uClinux projects as well when your 
total code and data size exceeds the capacity of on-chip BRAM.
