Sort of, but not really. I've bundled up the toolchain sources (removing 
the PPC stuff), and added the elf2flt and genromfs source.  It's not 
ready for release yet, and I'm unhappy about being unable to actually 
build gcc.  If you are still interetsed let me know and I'll get it up 
there in it's current incomplete status.

I've been trying to build it under RH Linux 8.0 with gcc v 3.2:

$ gcc -v

gcc version 3.2 20020903 (Red Hat Linux 8.0 3.2-7)

binutils, gdb and newlib build just fine, but I've not had much success 
with gcc.

Have you had any more luck?
