66 mhz is the core clock and ddr input (so effectivly 133mhz on ddr sdram).

don't know about drhystones, but currently without caches enabled it 
gets a fairly low 3.2 bogomips in the linux kernel.  that should jump up 
to around 40 or so when i get the caches going again.
