[microblaze-uclinux] Toolchain update

Hi everyone,

I've updated the toolchain distribution, the latest version is now 
microblaze-elf-20030904, as usual you can grab it from the web site 
under Toolchains.

If you already have the most recent update released last week), there is 
no need to download the entire 15mb package.  Instead, just grab the cc1 
file and place it in your toolchain path.  Details are on the download page.

I expect this will be the last toolchain update before Xilinx release 
EDK6.1.
