[microblaze-uclinux] Web update

Me again,

I've updated the website to reflect the fact that no more 
Microblaze-specific patches are required against the standard CVS 
checkout for uClinux-dist and uClinux-2.4.x (as long as you have the 
most recent toolchain).

You should be able to do "cvs update" in your uClinux-dist directory, 
and you should grab all of the latest stuff.  If CVS reports any 
conflicts, just delete the conflicting file from your tree and do CVS 
update again.
