[microblaze-uclinux] networking update

Hi folks,

Network functionality seems to be pretty much complete now - 
telnet/telnetd and tftp work well, I've had microblaze serving web pages 
(including cgi-bin) via boa, and just managed to successfully mount my 
linux development machine as an nfs mount on microblaze.  In that 
example, I executed some code over the NFS and it worked fine, and also 
pulled a new kernel image into flash, using "dd", and that too went 
without a hitch.

Also I'm playing with setting up a bugzilla server here to use as a 
tracking point for outstanding issues in microblaze uclinux - I'll let 
you know more as that progresses.
