All looks pretty good to me - I'll give it a quick run back at work 
tomorrow and confirm it doesn't break anything, then pass it on to the 
uclinux maintainers

The uClinux-dist patch will live in the SnapGear privarte tree nutil 
they do a public update, which I think will be in the next few weeks.

Now is also the time for people with new platforms ports (/vendors/....) 
to post their mods, so we can get them in the public tree.

My only suggestion is for something like

ifdef CONFIG_XILINX_SYSACE

	DEVICES += ....

endif

in /vendors/.../Makefile.  That way, the device nodes are only created 
if the device driver is part of the kernel, save a few bytes of romfs space.
