Hi everyone,

I've finally added a quick HOWTO on getting TCP/IP networking going for 
microblaze

Please let me know if you find any errors etc.  If anybody would like to 
document, for example, how to setup your host to be an NFS server, or 
how to configure boa, then please feel free to do so and I will host the 
pages if you like.  Even useful links to this information would be a 
good start.
