Just looking a little further - there will be more to this than just 
getting your program to compile.  In particular, there will be some work 
in building pthreads for microblaze, it is currently disabled by 
default.  I just tried to build it, and hit some compiler errors etc, so 
there's a bit of work to be done.  However, if you search the 
uclinux-dev and uClibc mailing list archives, you will probably fiund 
enough information to get started.

If I make any progress on it I'll let you know.
