[microblaze-uclinux] Clock speed in system.mhs


I am in the process of building a mbvanilla for the Insight/Memec Virtex2 board from scratch and noticed that the clock rate for this system is 66 MHz. On my board, the clock  is 100 MHz (i.e. dedicated clock signal on pin B11). Do I need to replace my 100 MHz clock and obtain a 66 Mhz clock? Does this platform run at 100 MHz?
