a board with spartan3, 2 x rs323, vga, ps keyboard, flash, sdram,
Ethernet 10/100 phy , 20 bit user port >
will be available soon (around  march) for ~300 US$, it's in the final
prototype phase, and the first batch of 50pcs will go production by end
of february, I'll keep the group informed
