We're currently using the EDK 6.1, but the data caching is enabled.
We'll try to disable it and let u know the results.

With only the serial peripherals instantiated "<kc" is theonly string that 
appears on the console; adding the EMAC interface, lots of symbols (without 
any meaning) appear next....
