[microblaze-uclinux] memec 2VP7 rev 4 port

I saw some people talk about the memec 2VP7 board on this list, but I 
didn't see the port posted anywhere. 
So, I did a quick port of John's mbvanilla_net_2_10 for the rev 4 memec 
board and placed it here:
http://www.lambdaaccess.com/microblaze

I have the systemace child board too for the memec board so I think 
I'll play with that next.
