[microblaze-uclinux] Website update and new list

Hi,

I've added a short FAQ page to the website

It's pretty bare at the moment - if you have any suggestions or comments 
then please let me know.

Also, I recently created another mailing list for discussion of all 
things relating to partial and dynamic reconfiguration.   This is a 
strong interest of mine, and something I'm working on in the context of 
microblaze and uClinux.  The list is pretty quiet (silent?!) at the 
moment, but so was microblaze-uclinux once.. :-)

If you are interested, you can subscribe by sending an email to 
majordomo@itee.uq.edu.au, with "subscribe partial-reconfig" in the body 
text.  The list is archived at
