Hi Aaron,

Do you have xmdstub in your download.bit and are you using MDM to 
communicate with Microblaze ?

The xmdstub clears the BIP flag when it is executed. When you download 
and run uclinux from MDM, the kernel will not receive timer interrupt. 
Hence it would stall at the below line...

Try having a simple bootloop in download.bit..
