[microblaze-uclinux] Demo Up and running!

I finally received my Insight/Memec Virtex II kit this week and today 
tried the demo out.  I  had one issue with jumper settings for getting 
impact to work, but after that everything just loaded and ran!

Now it's on to compiling uClinux for myself and then building the 
toolchain.
