[microblaze-uclinux] Patches update

Hi folks,

I've revamped the patches page on the website, hopefully things are a 
little clearer.

The "critical" patch is the one that fixes the uClibc problem, and the 
loadable module support patch is also there.

If you are using Explorer or Windows based browsers, you may still need 
to be careful downloading the patches, that they don't get "DOSified". 
Next week I'll add links to .tar.gz versions as well, but it seems kind 
of stupid to do that for such tiny files.
