Yes, we are using Insight v2mb1000 board with the mbvanilla_net target.
The only change we made to it was to delete some lines that caused
problems in etc/download.cmd. That file now looks like this:
> setMode -bscan
> setCable -p auto
> identify
> assignfile -p 2 -file implementation/download.bit
> program -p 2
> quit
