Yes, we are using Insight v2mb1000 board with the mbvanilla_net target.
The only change we made to it was to delete some lines that caused
problems in etc/download.cmd. That file now looks like this:
setMode -bscan
setCable -p auto
identify
assignfile -p 2 -file implementation/download.bit
program -p 2
quit
So,
I'd try doing a make distclean, rerun the configuration menu, select
mbbvanilla_net, no other options, try building and booting that.
