You can set the options in the vendors config,  but I think it only goes
up to 8192 (CONFIG_USER_RAMIMAGE_RAMFSXXX).  Look in user/ramimage for
details.

To support more than this you need to create a bigger ramdisk and
increase the RD size allowed in the kernel config (CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM_SIZE).
I think all the info needed is in the user/ramimage directory.
