Yes, it does it in the m68knommu way, but there is no option to
disable it.  that is, if you don't have romfs image not concatenated
to kernel image, you are doomed. currently armnommu does have the
config option.

yes.  we are currently assuming that memory region doesn't have any
gap.  i don't think we need this capability right now, because we can
configure the hardware.  but i'd like to play with it ;)

ah! since i left the states i'm too far away to hear those
holidays. We don't have it here in Japan. I miss it now.
