[microblaze-uclinux] [patch] SMsC 91C113 support for SUZAKU

Hi all,

SUZAKU will be shiped with smsc 91C113, which is pin/register
compatible with 91C111, but has only 16bit bus.

and here is the patch for driver/net/smc91111.c.

I was gonna modify it as general microblaze patch, but I realized that
I won't be sure which irq, address, bus size other boards use.

so, here is the patch for suzaku.
