If the physical resources on your board (RAM, ethernet PHY, etc) are
similiar to the V2MB1000 board that mbvanilla_net supports, then kernel
changes will be minimal.
The first step is get the mbvanilla_net target going on your board - use
the usual debugging methods (XMD etc) to ensure that the memory, uart
etc are all working. Don't modify the address map (in system.mhs).
If you tell us a bit more about the board you are using, we can probably
provide some more detail suggestions.
