[microblaze-uclinux] mbvanilla update and more

Hi folks,

Thanks primarily to Raj at Xilinx, the mbvanilla_net target has been
brought into the 21st century! The website is updated
(http://ww.itee.uq.edu.au/~jwilliams/mblaze-uclinux), details below:

- supports ISE/EDK6.2 out of the box (latest service packs
required/recommended)

- uses the xilinx-preferred opb_emc core for interfacing to SRAM and
flash (instead of opb_memcon which is deprecated and probably on the way
out).

- proper support for MDM-based hardware debugging and download. This is
big news. Some documentation on kernel debugging is on its way, and
will make a major difference for new platform ports.

- uses Xilinx standard dcm_module for clock generation. Also uses
Xilinx' bus_split and reduced_logic pseudo-cores.

I've tested this on my setup, and it works out of the box with existing
kernel images. Please report any problems back here.

For those who are happy with their current hardware platform, there is
little reason to upgrade. You can simply cut and paste the relevant
sections of the new MHS file to get the MDM debugging going etc.

Of course, if you are still using the standard mbvanilla_net platform,
then there is no reason "*not* to upgrade! :)

Have fun,

John
