As I have mentioned in my mail,I verified the contents at and near the start address of the image(which coincides with start address of RAM : 0x80000000)...
the contents are the same atleast the first few locations (say the first 50 locations)..also verified some random higher locations also..using xmd for the image and emacs(for the image.bin on my host machine) to cross check..
the bootloader seems to have copied the entire image accurately..but for some reasons..microblaze is i guess
confronting a break point because of which its not able to proceed with kernel image execution..
btw..my image.bin(kernel image) = linux.bin + romfs.img
I am not using ramdisk...or ramfs...
let me know if you have any more ideas on this...

I remember that the good way to know if it can "jump to the kernel start up"
