Richard,

I would like to encourage you to tar up the NuHorizon Spartan3 fileset.  I know the designer of this
board, and he'd like nothing better than to put up the tarball on the NuHorizon website where you
can get the other support files for the board.

The other place I would suggest for the tarball would be John Williams uclinux site, although this
is very much up to him... He may prefer a pointer, in order to minimize traffic to Austrialia :)

Send me the tarball..  I'll hand it off to Nu Horizons and get them to put it up for everyone.

Now all we need is a free (as in beer) Webpack version of the EDK toolset that runs under Linux and
that supports the smaller Spartan3 devices.   Hmmm..   Time to write another email to the marketing
guys with the power to make this happen.
