So I'm adding another memory device to a microblaze system. I set up
the OPB EMC correctly (I think). Now I'm trying to physically wire up
the new device, but I can't find the new chip enable pin anywhere.
The UCF does not list another CE pin. Am I missing something? I dont
have to do my own address decoding... do I?
