AW: [microblaze-uclinux] Dynamically Changing the clock...
Do you only need to switch between two clocks? Then I suggest that you may use one of the BUFGMUX. With this Block you can switch between two clocks without getting any glitches or short pulses on the output. You have only to be aware that the select signal does not violate the setup time to the presently selected clock.
