Hi Kevin,

 

I just hacked the list of possible target architectures to include spartan-3. You find the ddr controller IP in the hw/pcores directory, then you go into the data directory and edit the MPD file.

For the option ARCH_SUPPORT you simply add spartan 3: "OPTION ARCH_SUPPORT = virtex2:virtex2p:spartan3"

 

It seems to work ok and I can't see why it shouldn't either.
