I have tried, and can get it to work (using edk 6.3). It seems to be missing
a library file, and has at least one error in the mpd file. I have emailed
the author, but have not get a response.

To use it, just follow the instructions in the readme.txt file. That will at
least enable you to put the opb2wd component on your design. As far as I
know, you will not be able to use any wishbone components using only the
EDK. I planned to use the ProjNav to complete the design.
