Board manufacturer, Architecture (spartanII/IIe/3/.., virtex/..),
P&R report, .mhs files (and probably corresponding makefile),
version of uClinux, and the .config file, boot log

the microblaze .mhs and the uClinux .config files should do it,
but a short explanation should do it too.

Anyway, what I remember from this mailinglist is:

MBVanilla, based on virtex
VirtexIIPro Board (Memec ?)
NuHorizon Spartan3 board
Xilinx/Digilent Spartan3
Suzaku, Spartan3 (?)
Avnet Spartan3 Eval Biard (Newest Entry !!!)
