[microblaze-uclinux] mutt with uClinux

Hi
The mutt Makefiles are autogenerated so when ever i make any changes in it it is over written and the changes i make are not reflected. 

Actually now mutt is compiling with "gcc" but i want mutt to compile with "mb-gcc" (i.e when i do make) for our microblaze 
architecture( the processor).

So do i have to write a separate Makefile as said in How-To-Ap
Then what about the Makefiles and configure in Mutt, what should i do with that.
