You will need one interrupt controller instance in your hardware to run 
uClinux.  Normally there will be at least two or three interrupt sources 
- the timer, uartlite and ethernet controller.  The interrupt controller 
is require to get them into the microblaze.

Can you send your MHS and MSS files?
