You can get the most recent snapshot from here:

http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/dist/

However the kernel sources (uClinux-2.4.x) contained within this archive 
will be out of date.

In principle it is possible to generate a patch against this 
distribution to bring you up to date.  A better solution however is 
probably to get your sysadmins to punch a hole in the firewall for your 
PC, on that particular port number.
