uClinux doesn't care what sort of RAM you use - SDRAM, DDR, SRAM, 
whatever.  All that matters is how much - > 2mb essential, > 4mb 
recommended - and that the memory is visible to microblaze via the OPB 
bus as 32 bits wide.
