  Thanks.

  To change the speed, I created 50MHz and 66MHz projects with the BSB wizard.  Then, I compared the MHS, MSS and UCF files to find the 
differences.  The MSS files did not have any differences - they do not
even have that parameter listed.  Odd.
   
  They also have PARAMETER XMDSTUB_PERIPHERAL = debug_module, but
David's project does not.  Is it important?  I can still download
using XMD.

  As a data point for Edmond Coté, my download of a 2MB image.bin
File took 5.3 seconds with a Xilinx "Parallel Cable IV".
