[microblaze-uclinux] Microblaze memory size

Re-sending, never saw the last one.....


  Last year some time, I booted uCLinux on a NuHorizons board.

  We've created our own board, and the Xilinx guy has decided to make the
bus 32 bits only.

  I suspect that I need 16 bit bus, but I don't know.  I can force them to
do the extra work to give me 16 bit bus access, but I need to know the
implications.

  1) Will uClinux work 32 bit bus only?  (What effect does this have on
character reads/write, word read/write?)
  2) is 4 megabytes of flash enough?
  3) is 4 megabytes of ram enough for a decent ssystem?
