Hi John,
I use the same methodology as you, but I don't use system_stub.vhd, I
create a system_top.vhd that includes system.vhd and all my external
cores. In this way, when I export to ProjNav, the changes don't modify
my project (only the MicroBlaze system netslist). If the system.vhd
interface changes then it is necessary to make changes in the
system_top.vhd file.
