drivers/net/xilinx_emac is for the full emac, not the lite version.

I'm not aware of Linux/uClinux driver support for the EthernetLite - 
I've certainly never tried it.  It might be worth browsing the PPC tree, 
see if there's a Montavista driver available for the taking.
