[microblaze-uclinux] Some news

Hi,

Last year I made a few veiled references to a big project we (UQ /
Embedded Systems) were trying to get off the ground. Well, I'm happy to
announce that we've recently signed a contract with NASA's Langley
Research Center for OS and architecture development work for a new
reconfigurable spaceflight computing/data processing research
project.... and using MicroBlaze/uClinux of course! :)

The project is called Reconfigurable Scaleable Computing (RSC to its
friends) - press release with obligatory cheesy headline here:

http://www.uq.edu.au/news/index.phtml?article=7343

It's a really interesting project - as things ramp up there should be
some more technical material available for public consumption.

This will be good news for the mb-uclinux community, basically it gives
us yet another reason to make this platform as solid and productive as
possible, and those benefits will feed back both directly and indirectly.

Cheers,

John
