I just have recieved the ML403 board from Xilinx. There is information about
creating the system ace file to boot a montavista distribution kernel.
The link is http://www.xilinx.com/ml403, take a look at the design for mpower
PC and microblaze.
A sfar as I understand system ace can load the FPGA at boot time, reading the
Compact Flash and dowloading the bistream to the FPGA trough the JTAG link. It
must then download the kernel image to externall memory, set Prog Counter to
the start adress and start the processor (either PPC ou Microblaze).
